Why I’m Changing My Name to Happy Little Elephant (Yes, It’s Still Me… Just Planning for World Domination)

Okay bestie, pull up a chair, get comfy, and pretend we’re sitting at our favorite coffee shop that definitely also serves wine after 3 pm. I have a little announcement to make.
Sincerely Sandra Crafts is getting a glow-up.
And by glow-up, I mean a full-on “I washed my hair, put on real pants, and now I’m unstoppable” makeover.
Yep, I’m officially becoming…Happy Little Elephant.
Before you panic:
No, I haven’t been hacked.
Yes, it’s still me.
And no, I’m not starting an exotic petting zoo.
(Although that would ALSO be iconic.)
So why the name change? Grab your drink. This is story time.
Somewhere between making custom shirts at 2am, designing stickers like a chaotic designer gremlin, creating handmade gifts, whipping up bath & body products, and oh yeah, raising my tiny human… I realized something:
"Sincerely Sandra Crafts" sounds adorable online…but as a storefront name?
Yeah… no.
It felt like the name you give your Etsy shop when you’re dipping your toe in. Not the name you use when you’re planning full-blown world domination with custom shirts, small business promo items, bath bombs, sugar scrubs, stickers, gift sets, and subscription boxes taking over the shelves of America.
We’re dreaming bigger, babe.
So why Happy Little Elephant?
First:
My son and I are elephant people.
You know how some families are cat people, or dog people?
We’re elephant people. It’s our thing.
Elephants are strong, calm, protective, wise, goofy in the best way…AND they never forget.
And listen; I want my brand to be unforgettable.
Like, “Oh yeah, Happy Little Elephant, the mom-owned handmade business that makes those adorable custom gifts, killer stickers, bath products that make me forget my responsibilities, and the ‘did you seriously make this?!’ small business promo items.”
Plus, say it with me:
Happy. Little. Elephant.
Tell me that isn’t the cutest, most memorable boutique name ever.
You can picture it on a sign. On a storefront. On a candle. On a hat. On the BILLBOARD announcing my empire.
“Sincerely Sandra Crafts” walked so “Happy Little Elephant” could RUN.
But is anything else changing?
Honestly? Not really.
It’s still me, just with a brand that can keep up with the chaos, creativity, and glow-up energy.

Because I want my son to see that you can grow, change, dream, and evolve at any stage.
Because elephants don’t forget and I want people to remember this brand for years.
And because, honestly?
Happy Little Elephant just feels right.
Like “aha! THIS is who I’ve been trying to be.”
So yeah. New name. Same me. Bigger dreams.
Still sarcastic.
Still making things with my Cricut at questionable hours.
Still handcrafting custom items like I’m powered by sheer chaos and vibes.
Still obsessed with elephants.
Still going after the dream.
Just with a name that can handle the journey.
